Cancellation Policy

Please note that an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be entertained. As part of our usual business practice, ETA reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been approved or processed by ETA.

1. List of Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

Certain products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, including :

  • Accessories (jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear, etc.)
  • Custom-made and Made-to-order products
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Unstitched clothes like Sarees and Scarves
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
  • Products purchased in any sale/promotion organized by ETA.
  • Products identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

2. Store Credit/Refund

Following a quality check, the refund will be added to your ETA account as Store Credit. This credit amount can be utilized on the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Store Credit is issued only after we receive the product and validate the return.

3. Bank Refund

We refund the amount as per the product value to the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase and in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. The refund process is initiated only after the products have been received and validated, taking 7-10 business days.
