Customers are strongly advised to inspect the ordered products and quantities listed in the invoice before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. If any discrepancies or damage are identified, it is crucial to leave a suitable remark on the receipt for the logistics service provider/courier when accepting the delivery. In the event of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please promptly contact us at "contemporaryeta123@gmail.com" within 48 hours of receiving the products. Your email should include comprehensive details along with images highlighting the defects or complaints regarding the delivered product.

Your purchase qualifies for return or exchange only under the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email. The product you receive exhibits a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

If your purchase meets the specified return criteria, contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery, providing the following information:

• Order number
• Delivery address
• Specify the reason for return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, include an image of the item.
• Our Quality Check team will verify manufacturing defects, after which our customer service team will email or contact you to initiate the necessary actions. Ensure that the product is returned within 10 days from the date advised by the Customer Service Department and that it is unused, unworn, with the original tags intact.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds in cases where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided. Refunds are also not applicable if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package is refused by the recipient.

While we have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products on ETA, variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

• Not valid in India
• Applicable only if the single cart value exceeds the limit mentioned in the offer; cannot be clubbed on multiple orders.
• No returns or exchanges on orders wherein the offer has been availed.
• The Gift Card is issued only to the account used to place the order.
• Not valid on already discounted items
• Validity of the Gift Voucher is until 31-December 2023.
• The Gift Card will be emailed to you after 24 hours of order placement

• Once issued, your Gift Card is valid for three months.
• To redeem your Gift Card, you need to register with www.etacontemporary.com.
• Gift Cards can be redeemed on all products from www.etacontemporary.com and at our retail store.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into credit notes
• Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card
• If the order amount exceeds the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance must be settled at checkout (COD not acceptable)
• If you wish to return products purchased using a Gift Card, ETA’s Exchange & Return Policy will apply
• ETA is not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card. We presume that the guest presenting the Gift Card code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher. Hence, we shall not verify whether the person redeeming it is the actual/intended beneficiary of the gift card.
• ETA reserves the right to cancel or reject a Gift Card without prior intimation if we reasonably suspect that the gift code has been utilized or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.
• ETA Gift Card is an e-card, and no delivery charges apply. However, ETA’s standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
• If a guest purchases ETA Gift Card(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
• Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery promotions.
• This gift card will be governed by the laws of India, and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad only.
